Who is responsible

Nazar Kuzmenko, Bratislava, Slovakia, is the controller for this site. Contact: nazar.kuzmenko@gmail.com.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site, Cloudflare processes your IP address and the technical details your browser sends with every request (such as browser type and the page requested). The legal basis is legitimate interest in running a working and secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare acts as a processor.

Analytics, without cookies

The site uses PostHog to count visits and see which links are used. It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser: no local storage, no ID.

To tell visits apart within a day, PostHog computes a one-way hash of your IP address, your browser's user agent and this site's name, combined with a secret that changes every day and is then deleted. The hash can't be turned back into your IP address, and visits on different days can't be linked to each other.

PostHog receives:

The legal basis is legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used and keeping it working (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is minimal, never sold, never used for advertising and never combined with data from other sites. PostHog Inc. processes it as a processor on its EU Cloud, hosted in Frankfurt, Germany. Requests go through this site's own domain, so your browser never contacts PostHog directly. Analytics data is deleted after at most 12 months.

Opting out

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, analytics doesn't load at all. You can also object at any time by writing to the email above.

Transfers outside the EU

Cloudflare and PostHog are US companies. Where personal data is transferred to or accessed from the United States, the transfer is covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses in each provider's data processing agreement.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing, and ask for a copy of it. Write to the email above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovak data protection authority,Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR.
